Device is not supported by kies 2.0!?

Hey i have just installed Kies for the first time, and the latest version out is Kies 2.0. When i plug in my phone and click on Samsung Kies i go to the Kies program and it shows up at the top left that its connecting to my phone. But after a few seconds i get a message saying "This device is not supported by Kies 2.0. Please check if this device is supported" I dont whats going on, i been looking everywhere for an answer. I am using the T-mobiles Version of the Samsung Galaxy S. Please help.

you should foward this issue samsung official site.

at the samsung app site, after you login, click on my site, there should be a link/button let you view/create your support issues.

i already posted 2 issues to them, the latest is about Kies issue, they do response to them.

Try updating to the latest version if available.

The same happened with me..i m using s8500

but in my case it says...THIS VERSION OF DEVICE CANNOT BE UPDATED.. pleasee some 1 help
