plug the phone to your computer and copy the theme file to your storage card preferably. then click the theme file from your mobile in my files (memory card). the theme will get installed.
If you do not find above info helpful or less in detail, I would suggest that you should take slight pain to go through this forum (preferably your mobile forum and s8500 forum) to learn various settings as all the phones are mostly similar.
If still you do not get it, do not hesitate to buzz here again.
