Hi ! Can anyone please tell me how to set the GPRS settings with Idea in wave 525.... ? Thanks in advance . .. :-)

try going to idea website and find the way one does for any phone...

Have you enabled it first? Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Enable packet date (check).
The GPRS settings should be automatically used from your SIM, right..?

The GPRS settings should be automatically used from your SIM, right..?
Agreed it was set by OTA from the SIM operator

if your network provider has settings for your mobile it should work..otherwise you can go to their service center and have it set or calibrated..

>:(I called globe cust service maybe weeks from now.. and told me that they haven't completed the wave 525 settings yet. Even my sun cellular cannot save the settings they sent me. But I can use free FB, so I'm ok with that as of now..

i cannot browse on my phone using my sun cellular sim. i called customer service and the representative told me that there is no available gprs settings on my wave 525. i really want to use zero facebook on my phone but even sun's wapsite is unaccessible,, don;t know why? please help....

what does it mean of "Connection Failed" it always appear every time I am using my phone. Even if I am just texting... IT will pause for a while then that freaking error message will show. It is damn irritating pls help!

guys try this,,, for smart users...
internet name.. anything u want... APN,,, internet,, Homepage.. http//:www.smart.com.ph/ then IP add: 0.0.0.0
Port : 80
u can use this for fb apps...
note: u must have atleast 1php in ur account...
respect if it helped you...
heres the FB app,,, its auto rotate...

send an sms SET to 54671. you will get gprs settings automatically to your mobile. save it and enjoy!
