" failed to run firmware upgrade. unknown error occurred " What to do ?

Hey guys
I'm getting the above message while trying to update my wave 525.
I click on update , a window opens with " i agree " thing and saving my phone's info (phone no. , etc ). I tick both of them and proceed .
Then the loading bar comes  " downloading firmware upgrade components ". 
When this goes 100% this message comes -
" failed to run firmware upgrade. unknown error occurred "

Any idea anyone ?
What do i need to get rid of this message ?

Did u connect ur device in kies mode or usb debugging mode??

One thing I noted was that after 100% device gets disconnected ( see 4th pic )
I would prefer updating through kies over flashing

Did u turn on tk file explorer on ur phone??

All I did was install kies , connect my device and everything else was done by kies.
Seconds later update showed up and you know after that

And how do I check that again ?

back up all ur data
and hard reset ur phone.
or if u try flashing
ur no data will be lost

I've done something with tk file explorer 5-6months back .
The reason I guess was to install spoof apps.
I'm one of those members who were tired of waiting for the value pack to come and left this forum

Can it be due to tk explorer ?
I'll try other methods after this only

then 3 usb configration
then 2 tun off - tk file explorer..
then press # to turn it off

Ok turning off tk explorer is not working.
Now what to do ?

Flash is the only way left

How do I flash ?
And what things should I  backup ?
I presume only that data which is present in phone memory

yes only the data in mobile.
go to wave 525 section.

Wait...
if ur using upgrade via kies while any error...,
then kies hav an option emergency recovering.
clivk on that and u will get a number code,
copy and paste that code in kies,
and follow d steps
